Learn Through Trials

Heavenly Father,

 

Strengthen my children's faith.  In the face of joy, fulfillment, trials and adversity - all that life holds for all of us - may these blessed children lean heavily into talking with you through prayer. It is absolutely true that we learn more through trials than from victories so we are all learning, Lord. We never stop learning! Strengthen our faith in every circumstance so that we see Your fingerprints on our lives and others witness Your Glory; Your splendor. .  IJN - Amen

You know that under pressure, your faith-life is forced into the open and shows its true colors. So don’t try to get out of anything prematurely. Whom He royally elects!

Only God understands:

While his tortured heart is crying

And he lifts beseeching hands!

How He bends but never breaks

When his good He undertakes;

How he uses whom He chooses,

And with every purpose fuses him;

By every act induces him

To try His splendor out –
